Do I need to add a payment method to access the full functionality or track transactions to all my properties during the 30-day free trial?

Add a payment method during your free trial to access all functionalities. We will not charge you until the end of the free trial.

During the free trial you can track transactions for one property - just so you can get a taste of the platform.

If you want to get access to all functionalities, all you have to do is add a payment method (create a subscription). You’ll then be able to track transactions to all your properties.

You will not be charged until the end of the free trial period. So if you decide Hammock isn’t for you, you just need to cancel your subscription before the end of that free trial period.

To create your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Log into your account
2. Click on your email address and then select ‘My Profile’ from the drop down menu
3. In the top right tile you’ll see your subscription information with a link to activate your subscription.
4. Follow the prompts and you should be set.
