# Can Hammock manage jointly owned properties for Making Tax Digital?

## Hammock manages all ownership structures, including jointly owned properties

Yes, once you set the ownership percentages (tutorial [here](https://help.usehammock.com/6.-how-to-set-up-portfolios-or-ownership-structures?hsLang=en)) Hammock will automatically allocate the relevant quota of income and expenses to the respective owners.

You will then be able to submit the quarterly filings for each owner from one Hammock account.
